BAU Support

We have extensive experience in providing support to BAU teams, including rapid mobilisation, providing analysts, quality assurance teams, subject matter experts and reporting and MI toolkits.

We have an existing team of experienced resources who have worked together on multiple financial crime programmes globally and who can be quickly mobilised, either as a team or as individual contractors across a choice of locations to best suit your priorities, including the use of a secure Campion Willcocks office space where preferred.

Overseeing periodic reviews of a major UK bank

This UK Tier 1 bank required assistance for their periodic review programme for small corporate and SME commercial customers. The project required end-to-end design and implementation, as well as engagement with frontline teams across the UK, necessitating flexible, semi-autonomous teams able to travel to remote client sites.
